Are you ready to update your home and want more than a contractor? You want both a designer and contractor to help design, guide and support you throughout your home improvement project. I will help you with design, add function and finishes that work with your home, your style and your budget!
Here is what it would look like working with me on a remodeling project
- The consultation will include me coming to your home to discuss your concerns, options, design ideas and general ballpark budget numbers.
- I will spend time getting to know you by asking you questions to help guide the design decisions. I will create possibilities to solve your problem areas.
- If we both agree this is a project you want to move forward with, we will discuss next steps to design and begin the bidding process.
Consultation only: $425 up to 2 hours
*Plan development, bid proposal, and choosing design finishes may have an additional fees depending on scope of work.
“Pick My Brain” Design Consultation
Picture having the opportunity to delve into my expertise for your home refresh project or design endeavors. Navigating the myriad decisions involved in home design can often be both time-consuming and expensive. This consultation aims to streamline the process, injecting a sense of enjoyment into the journey. Before committing to costly errors, Paula offers guidance on various aspects of design. Whether you prefer to confidently tackle the project yourself or enlist my services to execute portions or the entirety of the design project, the choice is yours.
- Furniture and home décor selection and placement
- Paint color that is right for your home
- Drapery/window treatments/blinds
- Styling (surfaces, sofas, beds, walls, art, rugs, etc…)
- Lighting & plumbing fixtures
- Permanent finishes (i.e., flooring, countertops, backsplash)
- Exterior colors/design

Project Management + Design Consultation
Home refresh without the stress! (Not a full remodel) You’re busy- I get it, you don’t have the time, don’t have the contacts or want the hassle to hire and manage your project. (Paint, flooring, backsplash, countertops, lighting, etc...)
- I will discuss the scope of work, budget and offer suggestions to get the most bang for your buck.
- I will also choose the finishes to ensure they coordinate with the rest of your home.
- I will get bids, hire, manage, coordinate schedules and pay the bills for all of my trusted subcontractors. By doing this, I can ensure satisfaction is guaranteed.
Consultation up to 2 hours: $425 Depending on scope of work this fee will
include the bid process.
